No one likes to trawl through pages of terms and conditions which is why we’ve kept ours brief, giving you more time to plan all the things you’d like to do when you’re with us!
We get that plans change, so our cancellation policy allows you to cancel with no charge taken all the way up to 48 hours before check-in. Just let us know as soon as you can and we’ll either re-book you for another time or cancel the booking altogether.
In the unlikely event that we must cancel your booking, a different date may be selected or we’ll be happy to refund any payment taken in full.
During these extraordinary times, if the government restrict you from being able to travel, we will of course cancel your booking and ensure no payment is taken.
Some of our bedrooms have limited accessibility given the historic nature of many of our pubs. To ensure your room allocation meets your requirements please select carefully at the time of booking or get in touch with our bookings team beforehand who will be happy to assist you.
Furry friends are welcome in a limited number of our rooms which are dog-friendly, for an additional charge. Just make sure you select this at the time of booking or contact our bookings team for more information on 0207 099 5174 or [email protected] with your reference number.
Damage and behaviour
Please let us know if anything is damaged in your room during your stay and please take care of all things in it. Our furniture and amenities really like their home, so please don’t remove any as souvenirs! If we do find that any items have been damaged during your stay, there may be an extra charge to cover the cost. Please note that all our rooms are non-smoking, including vaporisers.
It goes without saying that we want to ensure that our team, property, and fellow guests are all treated respectfully. Anyone found not following these rules may be asked to leave with the charge for their stay taken in full.
Please make sure you keep your belongings safe as we’re unable to take responsibility for any lost items.
Bookings through travel agents
For any bookings made via online travel agents (e.g. booking.com) please get in touch with them directly to discuss any changes. Please also note that their terms of booking will apply.
