ABOUT CITY CLUB
City Club was created because we wanted to make ordering and paying easier for our customers.
When we first created the Club back in 2020, our focus was always to create a member’s club for our locals, supporting their locals.
HOW IT WORKS
ORDER AND PAY
Gone are days of wasting valuable time with your loves ones, queuing at the bar.
With City Club, you can order and pay from the comfort of your table and have your treats delivered to you instead.
And if you prefer to order through your server, you can just use the app to pay your bill at the end.
EARN POINTS
For every £1 you spend through the app, we’ll give you 5 points.
Each point is worth a penny on City Club – so if you have 500 points, you can exchange this for £5 worth of credit to spend at any of our venues.
You can also earn points by playing various games on the app.
SPEND POINTS
As well as being able to convert your City Club points to City Club credit, you can also exchange them for Bupp points.
Our rewards partner gives you more ways to spend points outside of the pub.
From wine and cocktail deliveries, pretzels and popcorn, there’s lots of treats waiting on the Bupp website.
OUR REWARD LEVELS
City Club has five membership levels, each with its own set of rewards. The more you spend with us, the more levels you unlock.
The more levels you unlock, the more rewards you get – and the better those rewards get.
THE LEVELS
Our five membership levels are; Guest, Local, Regular, Friend, and Family.
There’s also the (not so) secret 100 Club, where every three months, we’ll contact the top 100 spenders on City Club to let them know they’ve made the cut.
THE REWARDS
City Club members can access rewards ranging from a free bottle of wine, to unlimited reills on hot drinks, and even complimentary stays at some of our hotels & inns.
The higher the level, the more exciting the rewards get.
